to cost-share the construction of a vegetated swale and a biofiltration system as part of the Oak Creek Lakefront Revelopment Area, per the UNPS & SW Program Construction Grant Application titled Oak Creek Lakefront Redevelopment - NE Swale and Biofiltration and submitted in 2013.
