This project is an installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will cost-share construction of 11 bioswales in the median of South 27th Street (State Highway 241) between a point north of West Oklahoma Avenue and West Howard Avenue in conjunction with a WisDOT reconstruction project.
