BURNETT COUNTY LAND CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT: Northwest Regional Zebra Mussel Early Detection & Response

Burnett County is sponsoring a zebra mussel response project in partnership with Washburn County and their respective countywide lake and river organizations. The project includes: decontamination station purchase and distribution; monitoring supplies purchase and distribution; and education and outreach.

Project deliverables include: a summary of all project activities, including a monitoring report/map and data entry into SWIMS.
