Purpose

Jefferson County will acquire the Goplen property, Whalen property, the DeBlare property, the Sobotka property, and the Koepplman property for lake protection. The preservation of these parcels are for open space and passive recreation use. Eligible costs include acquisition of the parcel, appraisal fee and preparation of an environmental assessment. Amendment 1: the Whalen parcel, Koepplman (Majewski) parcel, and the L. Sabotka parcel are deleted; the London, Taylor, Spataro, Magnuson, Sobatka, Schmit, Hurt, Todd, and Osborne parcels are added.
