The Town of Phelps proposes to conduct a lakes inventory to develop a comprehensive land use plan. Project deliverables are:
1)Development of maps showing existing land uses within the town.
2)Statistical information on the Towns population, along with maps, charts, and slide presentation materials that can be used for public information meetings. The results will be distributed by newsletter mailing, fact sheet distribution, public meetings, poster display and comprehensive management plan.
