Purpose

Studies and Surveys to correct and improve the Watershed conditions. Consultant will see if a draw down stradegy will work. This is to update manangement plan, recommendations to residents, and hold public meetings. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. Scope change: Additional sediment samples deemed necessary to provide information for report. Labor for sampling will be included in this grant with no cost increase to grant total or SLOH testing. Scope change: Under budget for fish assessment, seed bank study, mussel survey, and aquatic plant survey so using it for part of a reimbursement on the Wetland Vegetation survey. This survey was in the Feasibility Study which was already submitted. There is a slight cost increase which will be funded by local funds.
