Purpose

The City of Middleton will revegetate the degraded detention pond shoreline of the Middleton Hills Detention Pond and surrounding upland using native perennial species in order to protect the wetland area from the continued erosional losses. ( Government Lot 10 in Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 8 East, Dane County Wisconsin) A full description of the project scope and project deliverables is in the grant application, which is a part of this agreement. The DNR will be provided with a final report on the results of this project. Information will be disseminated to the public as described in the grant application.
