PICKEREL/CRANE LAKE PROT & REHAB DISTRICT: ACQ-Pickerel/Crane Lake Property Acquisition

Purpose

The Pickerel/Crane Lake P&R District has purchased a 46.7 acre parcel of land in the Town of Nashville, Forest County. The property includes 300 feet of frontage on Crane Lake, approximately 33 acres of wetland, an artesian spring, a pond and stream, and several acres of upland. The property will be managed in accordance with the Property Management Plan as outlined in the Land Management Plan attached to the Project Application (Form 8700-283) for this Lake Protection Grant.
