Return to Search
Purpose
To cost-share landowner installation of best management practices designed to enable the farm operations to remedy the Notice of Noncompliance issued by Lincoln County on February 5, 2007, and to comply with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions established by the County's Animal Waste Management Ordinance and Subchapter II of NR 151 by establishing manure management systems which will enable the Breitenmoser Farm to resolve failing/leaking manure storage systems, meet nutrient application restrictions, prevent overflow from manure storage facilities, remove the threat to public health, and prevent direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
