To cost-share landowner installation of runoff management practices designed to enable the Tom Rotering farm operation to achieve compliance with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
