Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management best management practices on the Haberli farms to protect groundwater and surface water quality for Hibbards Creek and address the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to nutrient management and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
