Purpose
To cost-share installation of manure management and associated practices on the Tom Nonemacher feedlot operation for remedy of the noncompliance notification concerning Polk County's Manure and Water Quality Management Ordinance, dated September 20, 2007, and to address the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to manure storage facilities, clean water diversions, the prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, and the prevention of unlimited livestock access to waters of the state.Related Reports
