Reports and Documents
Washburn County owns a significant amount of the frontage along the Totagatic River. A 40-acre private "in-holding" existed within Section 12 of East Minong Township. In October of 2000, the County acquired the north 20 acres of this parcel. County acquisition would assure that this 20 acre parcel would not be developed into cabin or housing lots. The Totagatic River meanders along the north boundary and the parcel contains approximately 2200 feet of river frontage.
