St Croix County proposes to use LiDAR elevation mapping tools to identify areas with significant potential to effect water quality within the St. Croix River watershedfor water quality. Major project elements would include: 1) Elevation mapping, 2) Identification of critical features, 3) Development of Best Management Practices, 4) Design models for assessing water quality impacts, 5) Quantify efficiences associated with BMPs, 6) Inventory public lands and access sites, 7) Development of web site identifying waterway access sites within the county.
