This project is an installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will cost share comprehensive storm water management planning, including public outreach, education, and involvement, modeling, mapping, ordinance development and updating, and developing a ranked list of BMP projects. The effort will concentrate on the older parts of the city that discharge directly to Paperjack Creek and the Willow River.
