Purpose

to cost share creation of a storm water management plan that meets the requirements of the approved Rock River TMDL, which sets limits on phosphorus and sediment, and the village's MS4 general storm water permit, per the UNPS & SW Program Planning Grant Application titled Village of Merton Rock River TMDL Storm Water Management Plan and submitted in 2013.

This project is an installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will implement: creation of a storm water management plan that meets the requirements of the approved Rock River TMDL, which sets limits on phosphorus and sediment, and the village's MS4 general storm water permit.
