This project promotes nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will cost share updates to the town's Storm Water Quality Management Plan to assist it in meeting the approved Rock River Basin TMDL wasteload allocations for TP and TSS. Activities will include new modeling, alternatives analysis, infiltrometer testing, and a storm water utility rate review and update. The plan will also be used, as applicable, to aid compliance with anticipated TMDLs for the Upper Fox River-Illinois, the Milwaukee River, and the Menomonee River.
