This project is a landowner installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will cost-share installation and expansion of manure storage facilities, process wastewater and runoff collection and storage, clear water diversions, and waste transfer systems in order to provide adequate (210 days) manure storage and a no-runoff system so as to eliminate winter manure spreading, reduce threats to public and private drinking water sources, and reduce direct discharges to surface waters and groundwater, including wetlands in the Hibbards Creek and Logan Creek watersheds.
