RUSK COUNTY: Rusk County Lakes Development Inventory

Purpose

Rusk County proposes to inventory the status of development on its lakes. Project activities include 1) compile current property ownership records for county lakes, 2) inventory the location and type of development around the lakes, 3) prepare informational maps and charts of the inventory, and 4) prepare a final report detailing the results of the project. A paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report will be provided to the Department of Natural Resources. Project results will be disseminated to the public by newsletter mailing, fact sheet distribution, public meeting, and local newspaper article. end.
