The Bayfield County Land & Water Conservation Department, in partnership with Balsam Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District and Burnett County Land & Water Conservation Department, is sponsoring a project to update and reprint an existing guidebook for controlling runoff and erosion on waterfront property. The updated guidebook will include information on identifying soil types and methods to reduce runoff quantity and divert and infiltrate water. A professional graphic designer will assist with layout and drawings.
