TOWN OF RIB MOUNTAIN: Tn Rib Mountain SMP Update/Utility Development

Purpose

to cost share updates to the town's storm water management plan, including new modeling taking into consideration the anticipated Wisconsin River TMDL wasteload allocations and recent DNR guidance and policy changes, infiltration testing, and development of a list of BMPs to be constructed, with cost estimates. The town will also explore the creation of a storm water utility through a two-phase project consisting of a feasibility study and an implementation plan. The project will include ample opportunity for public participation and education, per the UNPS & SW Program Planning Grant Application titled Town of Rib Mountain Storm Water Management Plan Update and Utility Development and submitted in 2013.
