This project is an installation of nonpoint source best management practices to contribute to the restoration of Wisconsin�s waters and was funded by the 319 grant. Specifically, the grantee will implement: continuation of public information and education activities through the Respect Our Waters campaign. This part of the campaign targets people in ten municipalities that are part of the Southeast Wisconsin Clean Water Network. Those municipalities signed an Intergovernmental Agreement to fund projects that meet the "information and education" requirements of their MS4 permits. The village is the fiscal agent under the Agreement. Activities will include ads and public service announcements in broadcast and social media, outreach to generate supportive articles and editorials, production of support materials, and community events.
