LUMBERJACK RC&D COUNCIL: 2022 Lumberjack RC&D LMPN

The Lumberjack RC&D Council, specifically the FLOW Program, will implement Lake Monitoring and Protection Network Activities in Forest, Langlade, and Oconto Counties as described in the grant application submitted to the Department of Natural Resources and hereto made part of this grant agreement. This Agreement documents the manner in which the FLOW Program will provide core Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Prevention and Citizen Lake Monitoring Network (CLMN) services in the county. They will provide technical assistance to communities, stakeholders, and volunteers within the county to prevent the spread of AIS (CBCW, pathways), to provide education about AIS impacts and prevention (outreach), and to conduct lake monitoring (CLMN).

Specific project conditions: Adjust scope of work based on suggestions made by WDNR on 12/13/2021 and agreed to by County via e-mail on 12/13/2021; Submit 1 progress report by June 1, 2022 in addition to the final report (due when scope of work is accomplished); Participate in a late spring meeting with the Regional AIS Coordinator; Schedule a meeting with the Regional AIS Coordinator in October 2022 to discuss how the 2022 LMPN experience went and how to proceed in 2023.

All data, including CBCW data, shall be entered into the SWIMS database. This scope summarizes the purpose, goals, requirements, and County duties described in the grant agreements attached and does not supersede those agreed upon tasks/deliverables.
