COLUMBIA COUNTY: Guenther Runoff Management

Purpose

to provide up to 90% cost-sharing to assist the Guenther dairy operation (Charles & Brian Guenther) in addressing the sources of direct runoff to an unnamed tributary of Beaver Creek and unlimited livestock access to the tributary cited in the Notice of Intent to Issue a Notice of Discharge issued May 8, 2013.

Specifically, the grantee will provide up to 90% cost-sharing to assist the farm in addressing the sources of direct runoff to an unnamed tributary of Beaver Creek and unlimited livestock access to the tributary cited in the Notice of Intent to Issue a Notice of Discharge.
