Purpose

Cost-share installation of a manure storage system to prevent groundwater and surface water contamination from agricultural runoff containing nutrients, bacteria and other pathogenic organisms and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions relating to: manure storage facilities-new/significant alterations, and implementation of nutrient management planning.
