Dane County proposes to contract for services to provide project coordination and administrative services for the Yahara CLEAN and Yahara Lakes Legacy Partnership effort. Specifically, this contractor will provide coordination and administrative services to the YLLP Coordinating Committee, Visioning/Stakeholder Engagement Team, Sediment and Nutrient Assessment Team, Beach Bacteria Assessment Team, Loading Reduction/Limits Team, and Implementation Team as it is formed and will ensure that project deliverables are completed. Deliverables: A hard copy and electronic (.pdf) final report that includes an implementation plan for visioning/stakeholder involvement; an implementation plan for sediment and nutrient reduction; an implementation plan for beach bacteria reduction; and identification of a future partnership structure including the agencies, organizations, and individuals needed to successfully implement the plans above. Each of the above deliverables will be created through the work of the contractor and the teams identified above. A detailed list of the deliverables and activities is included in Attachment 1 to the grant application. Results of this project will be shared via a briefing of the signatories to the Yahara CLEAN MOU, posting on the Dane County website, and sharing of this website with all of the applicable friends groups and other project partners.
