Purpose

Dane County will implement their AIS plan by hiring a coordinator to implement the plan to reduce the spread of invasives already present, and prevent introduction of new invasive species. Priorities will be directed partly by an independent task force. Annual reports will share the progress in completing the management actions, and more frequent updates will be featured on their website, www.danewaters.com. A final report submitted in electronic .pdf and paper format will summarize all efforts.
