Monroe County: Lco-Shoreland Ordinance Rev.: Monroe County proposes to amend or create a shoreland zoning ordinance that complies with the requirements of NR 115, Wisconsin Administrative Code (as revised effective February 1, 2010) and retain existing regulations that exceed the water resource protections of NR 115 or are specific or unique to local needs.
Project deliverables include: 1. Copies of any fact sheets or handouts created for public hearings. 2. A summary of the comments received at public hearings. 3. A certified copy of the County Board-approved updated shoreland ordinance or ordinance language (if integrated into other codes). 4. Any GIS maps of the shoreland zone or shoreland condition surveys related to the project.
Specific conditions for this Project: The WDNR will be provided electronic and hard copies of all data and or reports or surveys generated as a result of this project.

Neshonoc P & R District: Lake Neshonoc Sediment Trap Evaluation Study: The consultant will evaluate two sediment trap locations. Preliminary designs for each trp, including size, depth, volume, and location of each trap, shall be provided on engineering drawings. The two sediment cores and four sediment analyses must betaken from the sediment trap location that will be constructed by the lake district. Sediment analyses parameters which have been provided to the consultant will be included in the analyses. Evaluate spoil areas for the dredged and excavated materials.Preliminary engineering designs shall be provided for the dredge spoil area. An interim report shall be provided to the lake district and DNR providing all information necessary for the lake district to evaluate which sediment trap alternative providesthe most benefit. This report will be due 5/1/92. Estimate cost of constructing traps in two locations. Information will be disseminated to the public by public meetings, summary report mailings, and local newspaper articles. Project results will bereposited at: None provided.

City Of Sparta: Perch Lake Rehabilitation Planning Study: 1. Perform a detailed survey of the bottom of Perch Lake, consisting of cross sections every 100 feet from the dam to the upper end.
2. Perform a survey of selected areas designated as spoil disposal areas including estimating the area and depth of spoil spreading required to dispose of materials determined to be taken from lake bottom.
3. Create a lake bottom map showing cross sections of the present lake bottom and the proposed lake bottom to determine the sediment volume to be removed.
4. Develop a report that includes a description of the watershed, the lake conditions, the sedimentation history, and an estimate of the future sediment loads from the watershed.

Monroe County: Res - Little La Crosse River Open Space Shoreland Protection: The Monroe County Land Conservation Department is sponsoring a streambank restoration project on the Little La Crosse River that will include vegetation improvement, bank shaping and bank stabilization.
Activities: 1) Removal of flood debris and vegetation obstructing stream flow. 2) Grade and shape eroding streambanks. 3) Install riprap to stabilize the shoreline. 4) Install in-stream habitat structures. 5) Seed and mulch project area.
Deliverables: 1) Project design and survey. 2) Project specifications. 3) Photo documentation of site visits and project progress. 4) Compliance checks and permit verification. 4) As-built documentation. 5) Social media posts on Facebook and the Monroe County Land Conservation website. 6) Provide outreach opportunities through the Monroe County Climate Change Task Force to promote the project and share information about shoreline protection and the DNR\2019s Surface Water Grant Program.
Conditions:
1) A progress report shall be included with each reimbursement request.
2) Design shall follow NRCS design standards.
3) The DNR logo shall be used for promotion and publicity and DNR recognized as a funding source.
4) Allow for and provide a tour of the project area with DNR staff.
